Max Perez - Vice President

Verna, Sarai and Misael

  • Max Perez is a Native from Kuna Yala Islands.  The    Island I was born is "Ailingandi".  I came to the USA at the age of 13 to study at Valley Baptist Academy.  I graduated from East Texas Baptist Universtiy.  My wife Verna is from Orange Texas, and I met her at E.T.B.U.

  •  We were in Panama between 1999-2003.  In March of 2001 God called us to be full time missionaries. However, before God called us full time, we were involved with the International Mission Board helping with short term mission trips.  We went to different churches and islands. We were pastoring a mission called IKUSA MISSION.

  • In June 2003 God called us back to the United States to attend seminary.  We moved to Fort Worth in January 2004 and I began my Masters in Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

  • We are currently serving in a community in Southeast Fort Worth called El Lago.

Clara Clark - Vice President

Ø In 1998 I had a tragedy in my life that caused me to return my focus to God. That year I went on my first mission trip to Brazil. God's calling on my life to be a missionary was birthed.

Ø In 2000 I visited my daughter and son-in-law who are independent missionaries in Panama City, Panama to the Kuna Indians. The Holy Spirit put a desire in my heart to work with the Kuna Indians sharing the love of Jesus Christ and the Gospel with them.

Ø We continue taking mission teams to minister to the Kuna Indians in Panama and on the islands. I have seen hundreds of souls accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, but there are villages that have not heard the Gospel. I am claiming these souls for the Kingdom. I give my GOD all the glory.

Christy Rader - President

Ø I accepted Jesus Christ at the age of four years old.  Despite being raised by a God fearing mother I decided the narrow road was just too narrow for me.  At the age of seventeen I walked away from God and lived in the world, searching for what I left behind, for eight years.

Ø In 1998 God called me back.  I had been running for so long that I was ready for Him to take my hand and lead me back home.

Ø In February 2001 I went on my first  mission trip to Panama City, Panama and came back to the United States with a very definite call on my life to do mission work.  I surrendered to that call officially in May 2001 at my church, First Baptist Deweyville.

Ø Since that time I have been devoted to do all I can whenever I can in foreign  missions.  Knowing in my heart that there are people in this world that have still not been told the most beautiful story of all, God’s love for His children.

Ø In January 2004 I moved to Fort Worth to start attending Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  I graduated in May 2009 with a Diploma in Christian Education.

Ø I am moving to Panama for six months to a year in October 2009.
